Why glitter editions are the chase
Most dumplings come in soft plain colours. Glitter editions have sparkle mixed right through the squishy, and they turn up far less often — which is exactly why other collectors will trade a lot for one.
In the club version, opening a sealed dumpling gives you a small chance at a glitter edition like Pastel Party or Galaxy Night, with confetti and a gold border when it drops.
Opening one without wrecking it
Open the wrapper at the seam rather than tearing across the squishy, keep the wrapper if you like collecting them, and give the squishy a minute to puff back up — slow-rising ones arrive a bit squashed from the packet.
